We aim to grow further

With currently over 110 properties (as of October 2019) in Germany, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Qatar and Austria, dean&david is the leader in the Healthy Fast Casual market. Since 2012, dean&david Switzerland has opened new branches every year in the larger cities of Switzerland and currently has 9 branches. Our expansion goal is to grow qualitatively and on a sustainable basis. Since 2012, we have achieved this with outstanding success.

Why we believe in it

  • We are experiencing great results, excellent customer feedback and constant sales growth on existing space. Our motto “fresh to eat” and that free of preservatives and flavour enhancers is well received by our customers and meets their needs!
  • We constantly invest in high-quality restaurant design, for example using Scandinavian designer furniture or high-quality Vitra chairs. Each restaurant is individually designed and should adapt itself optimally to the environment.
  • Our head office in Zurich is managed by a young, dynamic team with the ideal professional background and supported by external partners. WE decide on our expansion, the partners and the pace.
  • We work with experienced architects, shop and kitchen builders who accompany the entire construction process 100% professionally!
  • Through numerous projects in other or the same industries, we look at problems from several perspectives and can therefore also carry out longer-term location development.

  • 1a, b or 2a. Inner city locations in cities with 50,000 or more inhabitants in the catchment area of an exclusive shopping street, a lively trendy district and many offices.
  • At or near traffic junctions
  • Areas in business districts with more than 3000 employees
  • Ground floor areas in large and modern shopping centres

Requirements:

  • Guest area: 100 m² – 200 m² ground floor, additional guest room on 1st floor possible
  • Auxiliary areas: 30-50m² for storage, office, kitchen in the basement
  • AOutside area: terrace if possible, but at least door folding system
  • Ideally catering space as previous tenant
  • Opening hours: Mo-Sat 08:00 – 22:00, Sunday depending on location
